From the start we wanted to provide timely customer support and to help people become better Evernote users. If volume was higher than planned or we didn’t have the right processes in place to handle high volume, our quality would drop and we’d lose the ability to deliver on that proposition. So over the past year + we’ve been quietly providing support over social media, honing our processes and incrementally expanding coverage. We think it’s “officially” time to say hi—starting today, if you have a question or thought to send our way, reach out to us over Twitter @evernotehelps. We are most active Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm PST, though it’s not rare to receive a reply outside of those hours.
