Penultimate and Adonit JotScript : how to calibrate

hello!

Running both on my ipad, it works good if i'm in landscape mode. But it's really not good using it in portait mode: there's a space between my JotScript and the place where the "ink" (draw/writting) effectively is on the ipad!

I think a calibration could maybe solve this. Can anybody explain me how to do this?
