Backup or exporting

I don't see the export button anywhere?

You don't mention which version of Evernote you're using, but in the Windows version, it's not a button, it's a menu choice:

First select the note or notes you want to export (to select all notes -- your entire Evernote database -- click on "All Notes" then hit Ctrl-A to select them all), then choose the "File" menu, then "Export ..."

It's always helpful to mention what client(s) you're using, when asking for help. Export is only available on the Mac and Windows desktop clients. See above post for more info WRT Windows client.
