I traveling and need access to the premium account but it's telling me I cannot update to premium at this time. When will I be back on board? This should not have happened -- you should be able to upgrade immedately. Maybe there was some glitch in the Internet and/or in the Evernote web site. You might try signing out of Evernote and quit your browser. Then reopen your browser (or even use a different browser) and sign in at Evernote.com Worse case, clear all Evernote related cookies in your Browser, and try again. If it still will not let you upgrade, please do a screen capture of the message, and post here. Be sure to exclude or blur any personal account info. Link to comment
