Can I use Evernote elephant trademark in my application?

I'm making a memo iOS application, and I want to add a button which lets the user upload the memo to Evernote.

I want to use the Evernote elephant image on the button.

I read that it's not allowed from the trademark page, but I also found that Drafts is using it.

If I'm not trying to pretend it's one of the Evernote-made application, is it OK to use the trademark image on a upload button?
