Vishnu Udayan 0 Posted April 30, 2015 Posted April 30, 2015 Suppose you are taping a hyperlink which is at the end of a note, [a really lengthy note!] which will launch the default browser in the device and takes you to the corresponding page. Taping the device back button while on browser will take you back to evernote. But the focus has now shifted to the top of the screen instead of where I was. This is so annoying if the note is a lengthy one and you will have to then scroll to the position you were before taping the link and its a tedious task.
Level 5* gazumped 12,234 Posted April 30, 2015 Level 5* Posted April 30, 2015 Hi. Remembering the last screen position is a much-requested feature. Until the team get around to implementing that, the only workaround (AFAIK) is to make shorter notes - tie them together with common titles or tags - so you have about a screen of information in each note. Remember there's a global limit of 100,000 notes per account, so don't get totally carried away, but more and smaller is much better. It's more secure too - especially on a small screen, a fumbled keypress can only lose you a few paragraphs, not the whole note!
