GNG 0
Got new MacBook Pro which has limited flash memory (512) and I don't want to save my to do list, notes and Web Clippings to my computer as it will eat my memory eventually. Where does it save? Link to comment
DutchPete 247
Local notes are saved to your HD only, synched notes are saved to both your HD & the EN servers. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,039 Posted April 28, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted April 28, 2015 Two options - use the Web version exclusively, which doesn't save notes locally (although it will keep any unsynced details in the web cache); or use a new (empty) free account to install the desktop version, and share an MBP notebook from your main account which contains only the notes you need to be able to edit offline. They'll be stored in your available memory, but you can use EN Web to swop those notes in and out of the MBP account when you have a network connection. Link to comment
