I incidentally dismissed it and now I can't find how to subscribe for evernote premium. I can't find this in UI. Any idea how to do that? Link to comment

I'm actually not sure on Android - try Settings and Account Info: there might be an upgrade option there if you're not already premium (which I am..). Failing that if you log in via a browser and Evernote.com, try going to Settings and your 'My Account' page which should include an upgrade option. Link to comment
