Delete PDF page while I'm in the same note ?

Thanks evernote for this application its my life now in everything

Right click, open it in Preview, delete the 2nd page, save, so much win.

Not very specific after "open it in Preview". Just how does one "delete the 2nd page"? 

This seems like such a common problem, why isn't it listed in basic Evernote Help? Why does have to search on these wonky forums??
