Request: Document formatting

Given Evernote is marketed as a way of going paper light, I can't believe the ability to format plain text documents from jpg etc is not better. An app like CamScanner lets you define the corners of the document and then autoformats it in a second to make it easier to read. This kind of functionality should be baked in to Evernote!!
