However it recently started telling me that it cannot connect to my network. Nothing has changed since the wireless feature last worked and the green light is still on. Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted April 20, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted April 20, 2015 Only to delete the current network details from the ScanSnap and re-enter everything as though for a new connection.. If nothing else has changed, maybe the details just need to be refreshed. Link to comment
