dr dan 0 Posted April 16, 2015 Share Posted April 16, 2015 1 year anniversary & staff member went into evernote to upgrade credit card info. 48 hours ago and now all business notes gone. 10 support requests gets me nowhere. Real discouraged with evernote, only time I've needed them and totally non existent support. Company has no phone lines, period. Trying to get my notes back and they are fighting me tooth and nail. Just a warning to other business accounts, don't change anything you will be sorry!! Link to comment

Level 5* gazumped 12,043 Posted April 16, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted April 16, 2015 On the assumption that if you lost your business notes you're no longer a business (or premium) user, you should submit a CS support request by choosing "payment issue" in the first dropdown after logging in here> https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action You say you've already tried 10 requests - post the ticket number from an existing or new request here, and we'll flag the issue for an Evernote employee to take a look at.
