Does a Note become public when I Email it?

I often share notes by copying the link and pasting that into an Email.  I realize that when I do that I have made the note public.  I have never used the Email a note feature.  When I Email a note, does that make it public, or is the Email recipient the only person able to see it other than me?

The emailed note link is only seen by your recipient and yourself. It is almost impossible to brute strength break a 35+ random character URL. But the recipient can forward the link to other people.

To search your account for all notes you have shared, enter the following search term:

sharedate:*

To eliminate the sharing feature for a note:

> Right Click on the title (in the Note List)
> Share
> Modify Sharing...

If you email the Note (NOT the public URL) from Evernote, then the Note is NOT public.
