Saved Search List Not Scrolling

I use many saved searches in my day to day usage of Evernote - the issue I've found is the saved searches list does not scroll, so I'm only able to view/edit the first couple dozen saved searches (see attached screenshot).  I have not come up with a good workaround - anybody have any ideas?  I feel like this should be a standard set of functionality of Evernote.

This problem is very old, and I reported it several months ago.
It is surprising that it has not yet been solved.
It is very difficult to add a scroll bar to the right of the list?

 

Please do so, it would be very useful!

Yes this must be a bug. When will it be fixed?
