Monthly upload limit not resetting

My monthly upload limit is not resetting.  I waited until it started a new motnhly cycle, but it remains full. I have restarted my computer and cleared the deleted folder.

Any advice please?

Hi.  That reset can take a few days - which seems a lot longer when you can't upload anything.  Check your stats on the web version to see what's happening.

Thanks, the web version says it's reset, so will try more uploading.

I am having the same problem.  Clearly there is a bug in Evernote since so many people are seeing the same problem.  I have plenty of available upload space and am a premium user.  When I login online my available upload limit is correct.  On my Mac version, however, it shows to be full from the prior month.  I have hit sync a thousand times to no avail.

Two people having problems isn't exactly a systemic fault..  try logging out and back in / add a new text 'test' note to the Web version and sync.

I followed the advice of gazumped of adding a text not than running a sync and it reset the upload quota to the normal 60mb (small)
