Are Work Chats stored centrally with Evernote?

Considering Evernote for Business, but we'd like all communication within our company to be stored someplace centrally for archival and retrieval by admins. Does Evernote for Business allow me to archive/retrieve ALL work chats for my company from the Admin panel? Or are Work Chats stored locally for each user on their device only?

I think the answer is technically "neither".  Meaning that Work Chats are not stored locally - they are stored in the Evernote cloud service where notes are stored, and are synched to local clients like notes are.  But currently there's no central Admin location where one can see all of the Work Chats for a business' users.
