Paper Collections not showing

New to Penultimate.  I purchase the time and task and design paper collections.  They worked fine yesterday.

 

When I try to access them today, the collection is there, but they are all just blank paper.

 

I restored purchases, no go.

 

What is going on?

My app tells me I have already downloaded the writing collection, but it doesn't show up...annoying.

I have the same problem. Can't get the writing papers to download. They're the most important ones for usability of the app!

I contacted support...they suggested I shut down the app and restart it. That was their only suggestion...really?

Same here. I have restarted the app and tried to restore purchases, still "nothing to restore" and no papers!

Its been awhile since I had this problem, but a couple of days after I uninstalled and re-installed the app and purchases, the paper collections finally showed up and everything has been great since.  So hopefully it will do the same for others.  Its still annoying though.

That fixed it for me until recently, then voilà! The papers are missing again!

Same problem here: 

While trying to get Jot Script 2 to connect (still not working right either), I  deleted and reinstalled Penultimate and my paper options went from dozens to just 4 - the other options are blank. My activity log has many entries that include "Successfully imported paper . . . from data". but I can't use any of the types beyond the top line.

Any updates on this?

I am having the problem too. No answers from ENOTE.
