Why the notes still cannot upload even new month starts?

I started using evernote last month. When I was adding new notes, it told me that the monthly limit was exceeded. I wait patiently till today and found the new month starts . However, the old notes  stored in my evernote of mac still cannot be updated. The alert is again 'exceeding limit!' Can I know how can I solve this? Thanks.

Evernote seems to have an odd(ish) system where the 'days to go' figure counts down to zero,  stays at 0 for a 2nd day,  then resets to 30 (or whatever) days left.  Try your sync again tomorrow...
