I assume 8.1 if it's a new machine.. please download the file again from Evernote.com and retry the install, in case the package was corrupted in some way. If you're still having problems, please check to see whether you have IE installed and whether it works to see web pages, and report the issue by choosing "login/account access issue" in the first dropdown after logging in here> https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action If you're a premium user, you'll also have access to a Chat option (7am-7pm weekdays, PST) Link to comment
