vanessamc 0 Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 I just started using Evernote and want to change the column width of a table already generated within a note. I now how to add and delete columns. When I tried to right click on the table and move the lines, nothing happened. Thanks for any help you can give me.
Level 5* gazumped 12,167 Posted March 21, 2015 Level 5* Posted March 21, 2015 There's a down-and-dirty trick from my HTML days to 'fix' column widths when they don't want to obey your wishes - add some text above or below your existing entries like this - "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" - with as many x's as you need character-width in the column. Then set the text colour to white (or to the prevailing background colour). Your column auto-adjusts wider, and your text is invisible. Just don't forget it's there....
