Scannable crash

All of a sudden the scannable app crashes. It won't launch to be usable, yet the app is open with a blank face, will reinstall force me to lose already scaned documents?

I have reclaimed more memory and rebooted, no fix, what is the problem here?

This is dangerous if you scan and now can't retrive originals that have since been destroyed. This  app sucks.

Hi.  Thanks for your feedback.  Have you tried reporting this as a fault?  Are your scans saved to Evernote?  I think we may need a bit more information if you need some help...

I do not think I reported as fault, I see where alot of other people are having this issue as well so it is a glitch in the app. I have my app set to save to evernote, so the crash did not cause me to lose scans. The crash has nothing to do with

storage. I simply deleted the app then reinstalled it. I could not feel safe purchasing the pro version I will see under what conditions the app fails again. thanks

The only action I've discovered that makes a difference is capturing the image with the 'manual' button as opposed to automatically. Went from crashing w/o saving after first scan every time- to getting multiple scans w/occasional crash. When scanning a multi page file- images are still saved if/when app crashes. Btw- using current ios8 version on 6+.
