My scans are not going away after being saved, so cumulative

The cumulative effect is that each file I am saving has one more document than the previous one. 

I just want to save each document, one at a time. And then not keep seeing the old ones on the Scannable app.

I assume I need to change some setting, but what is it?

 

And, I am very basic at using this so far, so need to know exactly what to click on, etc...

OK, I got it! I found the gear button on the app, which led me to Settings, and then also Knowledge Base, where I read about how to basically use the app.

Very helpful for people like me who have to read each step (it is not just intuitive to me how to use it).
