Evernote Installer pops up when user prints on Mac

I have an end user that after clicking print in any program on their Mac an installer for Evernote pops up. This is the only thing that is occurring on this Mac that is out of place. It was installed previously and was removed.  I have tried installing and uninstalling again, rebooting. Changing printer drivers. When the freakin' heck is going on here????!!!!!!

That's unusual..  have you tried uninstalling Evernote using appcleaner?   http://www.freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/

 

(It might be necessary to reinstall it first...)
