Make sure you are signed into Evernote using the same account (UserName/email) on both devices.Check EN Web at evernote.com -- it should show all sync'd notebooks/notes. Link to comment
Stan T. 1
1. I'm sorry but I don't know what this means: "Check EN Web" 2. When I go to Evernote.com on the web, all my notes and notebooks appear as they do on my iPhone and iPad. But they're not there when I use the Evernote app on my Mac Air. Link to comment
Level 5* JMichaelTX 4,118 Posted February 28, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted February 28, 2015 Stan, "Check EN Web" means to do exactly what you did -- open the EN Web client at Evernote.com. Usually the EN Web client is the best source for checking all of your sync'd notes (does NOT include any Local Notebooks on your devices) since it connects directly to the EN Cloud Service. So it looks like the issue is with EN Mac. On your Mac, try signing out of EN Mac, restart your Mac, and sign back in to EN Mac, making sure you use the same email/username that you used with EN Web.Hopefully you will then see all of your notes.
