Paid for premium but app still says free version

I paid for the premium version but my app still says free version. I have the email showing I paid for it. I updated the app & still nothing. It's been over 12 hours and I'm very annoyed. I want this fixed or my money back. I submitted a ticket but didn't get a ticket number. I left feedback (negative). Can't find any other way to contact Evernote. Please help.

If you have a Support Ticket #, please post it here so one of the Admins can flag it for you. If you haven't already submitted a Support Ticket, then please read through the the below linked thread, then follow the the instructions to do so, and when you get the auto-reply email with the Support Ticket Number assigned to your case, post it here so the Admins can flag it for you.

Hi.  Have you synced Evernote (F9 on a desktop) since paying for it?  Try signing out of Evernote and back in again to jump start the changeover.

 

If that doesn't work,  the fact you didn't get a ticket number means your support request wasn't received.  Please re-submit a CS support request by choosing "payment issue" in the first dropdown after logging in to this link > https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action.

 

If you paid via iTunes or some such,  it can take a little while for payment details to get through to Evernote.

By far one of the worst companies I have dealt with in terms of customer support, i've been ignored to a degree where Im starting to wonder if the premium subscription is a scam!

 

I have paid full value for an upgrade on the 12th of Feb 2015, to this day my account has not been upgraded and to top it off I am being capped with my uploads. 

 

I have contacted support 4 times since with no avail. horrible service, There isn't a number you can call or a person you can talk to. I was considering getting my company Evernote business, not anymore!

 

I will never recommend this upgrade, or even the company which seems to have grown too big to fit its own shoes. 

 

I hope the people at customer support get a chance to read this to know how they managed to change a very happy customer who was willing to expand his purchases to commercial level into someone very upset with their horrible customer support.

I am having the same issue and I bought the Premium around the 12th as well.

I figured out how to finally get a ticket submitted. the number is Ticket# 955549. For Bashta, When I went to the support link, I typed in the information and clicked on Continue and it did nothing. I clicked it a second time and filled out the information and then Submit Ticket and it emailed me a ticket number.

I figured out my problem. I created an Evernote account back in October of last year with a different email address. The one I paid for is showing premium.
