mepex 0
I love Scannable, but I want to save a scan to my iCloud Drive. I choose Export, then navigate to my folder, and the window closes, kicking me back to the pane where I choose where to save it. Anybody else seeing this? I've rebooted the phone, and closed/opened the app several times. iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.3. I put a capture of the behavior here. Link to comment
klang 38
All the iCloud functionality is all provided by iOS... but we're interested to know if it does save to the root directory for you? We'll take a look and see if there's anything we could possibly do differently, but it seems not. Link to comment
mepex 0
Thanks for the reply. It does save properly to root. I see others have reported this issue on the Apple forums, which I replied to. Certainly seems to be an iOS issue, with other apps experiencing the same problem. Do you have a support channel with Apple where you can enter a ticket? Link to comment
