Preferences:Shortcuts: Search in Evernote (in Shortcuts) - what does it do?

When I set a shortcut combination for it and press, nothing happens. I am sure I have unique combination.

Searching for notes and searching within notes are defined in System Preferences through Evernote Menu:

Find in Note: Shift + F

Find notes: Command + Option + F

I am fine with both but since there is "Search in Evernote" custom shortcut in Evernote Preferences, I am wondering what it does differently from what the 2 other search commands above.

Thanks.

As long as you have it set up uniquely then it should switch your active app to Evernote and the focus to the search box - that's how it works for me anyway.

Means you can quickly search Evernote whatever app you are using.
