Jonathan P 0
I signed up to Evernote in 2012. I haven't used it for a few months. When my mobile phone died a few weeks ago I tried a factory reset which was unsuccessful, but as the reset had wiped off all the apps I'd installed, I re-installed evernote on the reset phone. When I endeavoured to access evernote on my laptop today my password wouldn't work so I had to reset it. When I eventually got in to Evernote none of my old notes were visible and the personal details claimed I had joined in January 2015. Evidently evernote believes that I created another account when I downloaded the app again for my mobile phone Any ideas how I might access my 'old' notes, please? Link to comment

Jonathan P 0
Thanks for that link. Unfortunately, as far as I can see, customer support only seems to be available for premium, business and market users. Link to comment
