Customer Support Non Responsive!

I submitted two tickets fir help, and have not yet receive assistance! I an a Premium subscriber which was applied to my second account inadvertently while trying to change a password. When I paid and applied the premium service, it went to the account that was created in error instead of my Main account. It took me a very time to figure this out, but need help from Evernote to transfer the Premium service to the Main account. I raised two tickets, and still waiting for assistance.so am trying getting help here! Does Evernote read the forum notes? Is anyone know if there is a way for je to fix this? Is there a phone number for Evernote support.
