How do I disable the PIN lock for Evernote on Android?

Hello,

 

I just bought Evernote premium and activated the PIN feature. However, since I often use my tablet to write down notes when sleepy, I reckon this may be annoying. Is there a way to get rid of the pin?

Hi.  That's not a question that pops up often (or at all,  yet...) - most folks go with enabling pin lock and then leave it active.  Even the 'how to' videos don't seem to deal with unsetting that option.  Best guess would be to go into Evernote > Settings where you set up the facility in the first place,  and see what options you can find there...

Here's how you can disable the PIN lock for Evernote on Android devices:

 

Open the Evernote application > Tap the options menu icon in the upper right (three dots) > Tap Settings > Tap Set up PIN lock > Enter your current PIN lock > Tap Deactivate PIN Lock

 

You should be all set after you take these steps.

There is no option in settings to "set up pin lock".

Hi - Have you seen a Settings menu option 'Account info'?  Check there.
