Notebooks and Notes are not syncing to the MAC desktop application

Hello,

 

  I'm currently having some issues with the Mac client.  When I log in my notes and notebooks are not syncing.  The notes and notebooks do show up when I'm using evernote through a web browser.  I've try reinstalling the Mac Client, but it's still not syncing.  I'm also running the latest version of Evernote.  Any suggestions on how I can fix this problem?

Please verify that you are using the same Evernote account email with EN Mac as you are with EN Web.

Also, you might try restarting your Mac, then sign out and sign in to EN Mac.

..and clear out the Trash notebook and deal with any 'conflicting changes' notes at both ends....

Thank for the help.  I have tried both recommendations from JMichael and Gazumped, but unfortunately it's still not working.  I am kind of clueless on what other troubleshooting methods that I should try.

In that case you may want to Submit a BUG report via an EN Support Ticket. In the Support Form, select "Report a bug, crash, or data lost", and start the Ticket Title with "BUG:  " to make it clear.  Reporting a bug should be available to all users, including Free Account owners.
