Evernote thinks my recipes on index cards are business cards

I used Evernote Scannable to scan in a bunch of my recipes on index cards into Evernote.  The process worked well except for some of the recipes, Evernote thinks they are business cards so some of them have Name and Address at the top of their note.  I have tried deleting the name and address but the note just reverts back to what I've deleted.  I can't find a way to tell Evernote that the recipes aren't business cards.  Any tips or advice on how to make it go away?  TIA

Might be an idea to scan those recipes again with the native Evernote camera and choose 'document' as the picture type.  The stand-alone scannable does a lot of clever processing of images,  but doesn't yet have the controls to fine-tune that activity manually.

Thank you for the tip!  That was the best option for those few recipe cards the scanner was giving me problems with.
