ChelseaH 1 Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 I used Evernote Scannable to scan in a bunch of my recipes on index cards into Evernote. The process worked well except for some of the recipes, Evernote thinks they are business cards so some of them have Name and Address at the top of their note. I have tried deleting the name and address but the note just reverts back to what I've deleted. I can't find a way to tell Evernote that the recipes aren't business cards. Any tips or advice on how to make it go away? TIA
Level 5* gazumped 12,217 Posted February 9, 2015 Level 5* Posted February 9, 2015 Might be an idea to scan those recipes again with the native Evernote camera and choose 'document' as the picture type. The stand-alone scannable does a lot of clever processing of images, but doesn't yet have the controls to fine-tune that activity manually.
ChelseaH 1 Posted February 10, 2015 Author Posted February 10, 2015 Thank you for the tip! That was the best option for those few recipe cards the scanner was giving me problems with.
