Maj 0
I am a Canadian user of Premium for a year. It is now time to renew my subscription: $59.99 (I was also frustrated about the unannounced increase !) I also own a free account where Evernote offers me a yearly subscription at $24.99 a year. Nothing is said about introductory price or anything like that. Are there 2 prices, or is it a 2nd account price... or is it just a strategy to get new clients ? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,076 Posted February 5, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted February 5, 2015 The renewal cost seems high - try checking with Evernote.com; you should be able to renew from your online account after logging in here - https://www.evernote.com/Settings.action Link to comment
Maj 0
Hi Gazumped Thanks for your reply But, I am not sure what I should understand: "you should be able to renew from your online account after logging in here -" Of course I know where to login for renewal : This is the link where I see the $59.99 fee (US) However, when I login with my other (free account) I get the same screens, but with $24.99 fee (US) What a discrepancy. Should I transfer all my notebooks or would it be only a one year shot ? May I know what US customer pay for the Premium ? (I have no way to find out) Thanks Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,076 Posted February 5, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted February 5, 2015 We're not Evernote employees here - if you have any questions about payments the best option is to raise a support ticket with your details via https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action Choose "payment issues" from the first dropdown. Customer services should get back to you. I'd guess differences in price are normally to do with different tax regimes or exchange rates, but double the price still seems weird. Link to comment

Wordsgood 526
Okay, the $59.99 price for us Canadian users is correct as pointed out by the Nancy Fu Magee, the EN Diector of that department, in a thread I started several months ago that BurgerNFies provided a link for.I don't understand why you are also being offered a much lower price to Upgrade your free account. Though I'd very much like to know why.Nancy, can you please chime in and clarify what's going on here? We'd really appreciate it! ☺Hi GazumpedThanks for your replyBut, I am not sure what I should understand:"you should be able to renew from your online account after logging in here -"Of course I know where to login for renewal :This is the link where I see the $59.99 fee (US)However, when I login with my other (free account) I get the same screens, but with $24.99 fee (US)What a discrepancy.Should I transfer all my notebooks or would it be only a one year shot ?May I know what US customer pay for the Premium ?
