Evernote cannot connect to server on Mac Yosemite version after upgrade

I am getting this error message every time I try to log in or click on create account. My other devices are allowing me to log in without problems. I have reinstalled evernote a couple of times. This started happening after I upgraded to Yosemite on my mac. I have evernote 6.0.5 installed.

Then you may want to Submit a BUG report via an EN Support Ticket. In the Support Form, select "Report a bug, crash, or data lost", and start the Ticket Title with "BUG:  " to make it clear.  Reporting a bug should be available to all users, including Free Account owners.
