mikelouisaaron 0 Posted January 3, 2010 Share Posted January 3, 2010 I work in Tech Support, and i use evernote to catch all the 'helpful hints' i learn from tech support phone calls.It would be great to have a start and stop timer option on a note:i answer a call, start the timer, and take notes from the call. After the call, i stop the timer.I can then use this information for billing, but the notes for my general tech support notes. Link to comment
