No option to clip web pages, but says I have newest version downloaded

I have a desktop running Windows Vista. I had issues with Evernote syncing to this computer but I think I have that fixed.  Now when I go to clip a web page, there is no option to add it to Evernote in the drop down menu.  I can't find it in my programs to uninstall it so I can reinstall it. When I go online to install the extension, it says I have it added to Chrome already. Why isn't it showing up in the drop down menu? I also have it on my laptop and it works fine, running Chrome there as well. This just happened in the last week or so. Thanks for any help!
