Clip directly to Evernote app on Mac

Is it possible to use webclipper to send notes directly to the Evernote application on the Mac instead of clipping to the web? If so, where is this setting? I prefer to do most of my Evernote work directly in the OS X Mac client application installed on my laptop.

The Mac clipper does clip to the web first, but it syncs up pretty quickly with the your client app.

 

The latest beta utilises Yosemite's share functionality and so you can do some limited clipping straight from Safari to your client app - but it just clips the whole page and doesn't have the options that the Clipper does.
