Can't save or export scans

The app works perfectly and smooth, but after editing and renaming the file, I can't export or save the file.  I am stuck at the screen where I can choose from multiple actions like save to photo, save to evernote etc.  All the button are clickable but they don't response.  Icon clicked just turn from white to blue but does nothing.

 

I've tried reinstalling, log out and re log-in, but it still won't work.  

 

Is the app having any problem or am I doing anything wrong?

So sorry you're having troubles.  

 

This is strange behavior.   Make sure that you have allowed access to the Camera and Camera Roll in the phone's privacy settings.

Having the same issue here, i can see the scans, i can select a way to share/save it, and then the button remains pressed but nothing happens, i can go back to the camera, switch apps, select another way of sharing but nothing happens.

Tried restarting the device, checked privacy for access to camera and camera roll and its allowed. Had to go back to turboscan.
