robertjones 0 Posted January 22, 2015 Share Posted January 22, 2015 When I was working in Evernote, a popup window appeared requesting me to send log files to support@evernote.com. I did but return message said delivery failed. How can I send the requested files to Evernote? Link to comment

The delivery may have failed because of network traffic, or because of your local issues; if it happens again there's an option to view and to save the log files at the bottom of the crash window. Evernote don't have an email address you can use to forward the files anyway - you'd have to complete a submit a bug report by choosing "report a bug..." in the first dropdown after logging into this link > https://evernote.com/contact/support/ Link to comment
