Depending on your OS you may be able to open the text files and get some history; otherwise you'd have to copy the log files each day to build your own archive. Is it just that you want to know when it was installed? Try logging in to this link in your browser - https://www.evernote.com/Settings.action - you should get a 'member since' date which may help...
