tick-tock 0 Posted January 20, 2015 Share Posted January 20, 2015 I have been notified via screen message that my file size exceeded the allowable limit (25mb). I used iPads search function to find the file and trash it. It was located in mail. I then used Evernote's search function to search for joansong 9-28. It was not found. But I keep getting the same message screen. If I press 'done' it reappears in another minute. The screen also offers to go 'premium' which I choose not to do so. I cannot properly use Evernote with the constant reappearing message screen. Please help. Thank you, Harry. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted January 21, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted January 21, 2015 Evernote's maximum allowed size for a note is 25 MB. That's nothing to do with files or emails, but a note that you have added to Evernote and which (presumably) is failing to sync because it is too large. Have a look at your notes in List view and scroll the screen to the right. There should be a column for note size. Find the note that is larger than 25MB and copy half the content to a new note. Delete from the original, and retry the sync. That should get rid of your annoying message. Link to comment
logam11 8 Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 I'm a Premium member and I checked my account today under "Evernote > Account Info" and it says 200MB notes. Not sure if there's been an upgrade since January of this year. Link to comment
