The first startup appears to be incomplete: no notebooks, no command to open windows, etc.The second startup is normal. Thanks in advance. Link to comment

If you're a premium subscriber, I'd suggest raising a support request via https://evernote.com/contact/support/. It might be an idea to uninstall and reinstall the app while you wait for a human response... Link to comment
