Unresponsive Script Error in Firefox

I have a new Window's 8 laptop.

When I log into Evernote I get an Unresponsive Script Error about half the time. This means that it bogs down my entire browser for a 30 seconds or so. I then need to close the script. And I'm left with the Evernote heading at the top of my page and a blank screen below.

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue.

Script: https://www.evernote.com/Home.action:646

When I go to the debugger is highlights this:

/322110178.js"></script><!--[if !IE]><!--><script>if (/*@cc_on!@*/false) document.documentElement.className += ' ie10';</script><!--<![endif]--></body></html>

Any one know of a fix?

I use Evernote multiple times a day on a project I'm working on.

Thanks.

It's a pitty that nobody responded.

I have firefox running on Linux with exactly the same result

Firefox 38.1.0

CPU i5 / 12GB RAM / CentOS 6.7 fully up to date

But evernote just stalls with this unresponsive script issue

Last time it stalled when I treid to open encrypted file.
