RightPaddock 34 Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 How can I force a Note to appear at the end of the list of Notes when sorted on Title. I've tried '{', '|', '}' and '~', each of which have a higher value than 'z' in ASCII, but they always sort to the top. RP
Level 5* gazumped 12,217 Posted January 16, 2015 Level 5* Posted January 16, 2015 Depends on what the rest of your notes are called. I normally use yyyymmdd at the start of my notes, so "zzz " (with a space so's to allow for intitle: searches on the first word following it, though "zzz#" or something similar might also work...) will force the note to the end, and "! " or another non-alphabetic character will force it to the start.
Frank.dg 1,385 Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 Try the Omega (Ω) Unicode symbol. All Greek symbols sort after alphanumerical characters. Plus it means something You can copy any others from here (and clip it to your account and pop it into a shortcut for quick access): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greek_alphabet
