How do I write beneath a photograph?

I can't seem to identify how to write beneath a picture in Evernote. Any suggestions would be immensely helpful.

Using which version of Evernote?  What OS?

 

In general:  to write on the picture,  click the picture and use "annotate".  To write below it:  click to the right of the picture,  then hit enter/ return a couple of times to create space below the picture,  and insert text...
