JerryInOCMD 0 Posted January 14, 2015 Share Posted January 14, 2015 I love the Scannable app, but the share via email function doesn't seem to be working for me. I get a confirmation that says email was successful, but the emails are never received, and they don't show up in my sent email folder. Has anyone else had the same issue? BTW, I mainly use the Mailbox App, but this doesn't seem like it should matter. Thanks. Link to comment
JerryInOCMD 0 Posted January 15, 2015 Author Share Posted January 15, 2015 Figured it out! I'd forgotten set up an app specific password to allow Mail App to use my GMail account. Mailbox App doesn't require this... Link to comment

Everything appears to be working fine with the scanning and sending, but the email is never received and nothing shows in sent items. I can also save to Evernote but cannot email from there either. I'm not following what you said fixed this for you, JerrInOCMD. Scannable has always sent scans via email just fine for me before. Not sure what has messed this up, but I really want may old Scannable back! Link to comment
Andrew777 0 Posted May 3, 2017 Share Posted May 3, 2017 I had the same issue that I solved by opening the Gmail app on my phone as well as scannable. I believe Scannable queues it into the Gmail App and without Gmail open it just sits there. Link to comment
