Web Clipper doesn't show up in Finder

Have tried downloading Web Clipper numerous times but it does not launch when I try to click on the app. in the Download icon...and it doesn't appear in Finder.

 

Please advise and thanks so much-

Clipper I believe is a browser extension...

 

You need to enable it on the browser you use...

 

After you install the extension

 

For Safari

Open Safari

 

Go to 

Safari -> Preferences-> Extensions

 

And enable it...

You should see a little icon of an Elephant on it appear in safari title bar.
