All notes lost

Hi all,

 

I have been using Evernote since March last year without any issue. 

 

This morning, I logged in only to find out that all of my notes have disappeared. Absolutely all of them! I've no idea where they've gone or why this has happened. I've submitted a customer service enquiry but was wondering if anybody here might have experience this issue/have a resolution.

 

I'm being pretty vague because I've got no idea what's gone on - argh!

I just logged in and I lost a dozen BIG notes. What happened?

I just found all I was looking for in the thrash. No idea why it went straight there. Check if it did the same thing to you.

What version of Evernote are you guys using?  Latest is 6.0.5.

You may want to check for your Notes using the EN Web client (at Evernote.com).

Do NOT use the Beta version.

 

This should allow you to see all of your SYNC'D Notes.  If you see your Notes in EN Web, but not EN Mac, then you will need to do some diagnostics, starting with a restart of your Mac.

 

What has changed since you last successful viewing of your Notes in EN Mac?

1. Evernote upgrade?
2. Mac OS upgrade?
3. New Mac apps installed?
4. Any other changes?
