houston_brown 0 Posted January 10, 2015 Share Posted January 10, 2015 I am wanting to attach a link inside a note but when I do, it puts all 8 pages of the document. This takes up way too much realestate on the screen. Can I have it show the icon of the document and not the ENTIRE document? Many thanks,Houston Link to comment

If you are you trying to add a PDF file to a note right click on the PDF and select View as attachment. Link to comment
Frank.dg 1,385 Posted January 10, 2015 Share Posted January 10, 2015 If you go to Tools > Options > Note > Always Show PDF documents as attachments (on Windows) that should show the PDFs as as attachments, not as open PDFs that you can flip through. Or you could do it on an individual basis as Cal pointed out above. Link to comment
