Ginny* 0
Hi: I just bought an IPad Air 2 after losing my iPad Mini. When I plugged iin my new iPad to my computer, all of my data that was backed up to my computer from my Mini was restored to my new iPad. I was unable to login when I first tried to get into Evernote. So I deleted the Evernote App, powered down. Reloaded the App and I still cannot connect to the servers. My iPhone, iMac and my other iPad (second generation) connect just fine. I don't have an internet problem. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks for any help you can give. This has been driving me crazy! Ginny Link to comment

Ginny* 0
I can't even login. Link to comment

Ginny* 0
No. I am not able to login at all, even after deleting the App, powering down, reloading the App, and changing password. App doesn't let me login. Get the "Cannot connect to server message." . Is anyone else with an iPad Air 2 having this problem? Ginny Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,502 Posted January 1, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted January 1, 2015 Hmmn. Apparently quite a few folks are having the same issue - https://discussion.evernote.com/topic/70902-oh-no-cant-sync-the-notebook-since-yesterday/ Raise a support request here - https://evernote.com/contact/support/ and choose "login/account access issue" from the first drop-down. Evernote say they're working on this, but haven't come up with a fix yet... Link to comment
Ginny* 0
Thanks so much for the information. It looks like you have to have a premium account or you can't raise a support ticket. Any way to get around that? At least it's good to know they are working on it. I really appreciate your help. Happy New Year. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,502 Posted January 1, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted January 1, 2015 Yeah - if you choose that 'Login' option from the first drop-down, it should allow you to complete a ticket request. Happy New Year! Link to comment
